First i would pay off all of our current bill's, my husband is out of work and we are struggling just to stay afloat ! then i would stock the house with food for the kids. Then what is left i would put in my bank for moving into a better area.

I believe we are all about in same boat. I am retired and barely get by just for my self,am single,but I would love to be able to get repairs done on my house. I just know right now it is pretty tough on a lot of people.

Being recently laid off, I would pay some bills for NOW, pay off some debt for THEN, and save the rest in the bank for FUTURE!

Down payment on a house....definitely....so my daughter's room would no longer also be the living room/ dining room. 496 square feet of home doesn't go far.
