I would start a website for moral and emotional support of children who's parents have been divorced.

I would like to run a website that would locate people followed by a disaster. However, I do not know how technologically feasible is it to pull data from all GPS systems and cell phones at a given time, and how accurate it would be to actually pinpoint who was at the geographical location from where the data is coming from. But the idea is that people would have a precise location where a loved one was at the time of the disaster. This system would make the jobs of rescue workers easier as well. Now, all I need is somebody who can pull off the idea. Anyone interested? There is money in this too: the service could be offered to individuals for a fee. However, for rescue efforts, it would be free.
