True success comes with doing your best to be a positive influence in any situation. That positive influence is shown through having an open mind to any and all possibilities in life whether physical, mental or spiritual. Having the dignity and respect towards fellow man to walk away from any scenario knowing that you left those behind feeling as you would want to feel is the true mark of success. Success isn't money, nor social status or even "winning the game." Success is ending each day knowing that you truly embraced not only what makes you who you are but that you've embraced others for who they are.

In my younger years. I would have said have a goal and work towards it. Six years of retirement has changed my perspective. Today, it is more of an inward process because I have learned money is not the measure of success, volunteer work is so much more satisfying ... it is truly appreciated! It keeps me productive and I'm happy; that is sucess!

My # 1 rule for success is treating every person you come in contact with as you would like to be treated. Also to smile even when you don't feel like it. Because a smile with generate smiles and it will make you feel better!

Take only photographs. Leave only footprints. True fulfilment comes not from the acquisition of material possessions but from living a sustainable life that does not adversely impact the world or its inhabitants.

A success is achieved by being in tune with your surroundings, and by having respect for all involved. Keep a steadiness and belief that you are not the center of the universe, and work towards everyone achieving a 'win-win' situation.

A sucessful marriage/relationship starts with upmost respect for another. This attitude will work for any area in your life. Another rule for sucess is alway start your day with a smile & good attitude; if you can not do this then you should go back to bed because no one needs/wants to deal with you.

I read this about success and really says it all. Being successful is just this simple; Know what you're doing. Love what you're doing and Believe in what you're doing.

Treat people the same way that you'd like to be treated. I think if people truly did that, the'd feel better about themselves. It's a beautiful feeling inside when you treat someone else great. God wants us to show kindness to everyone. Race, religion, sexual orientation shouldn't stop people from being good to each other. All I'm saying is let's just love one another. Thank You.

My rule for success is having some sort of plan and preparation. Also giving your best shot. Even if you don't come out on top, to me you are still successful because you gave your best and that's success to me.

The best advice I ever had was to accept all assignments and treat them as if they were the most important ones in the corporation. Do them quickly and to the best of your ability. Ask for advice when necessary and treat all above you AND beneath you with the same dignity and courtesy.
