To read the Bible and then read "What the Bible is About" so I know I understand it properly.

I actually have everything a woman would want to have. I have a husband that loves me, a happy marriage, a house, a job, we are healthy and very contend with our lives. So the only thing I really would love to have this year would be another trophy in tennis for best player in my club, like the last two years.

1. I resolve to read my Bible daily and learn more about the wonders of God's Word. Also, to pray and meditate daily. 2. I also want to stop smoking, but it's hard after 50 years of smoking. (Any suggestions?) 3. I plan on trying to save some money. If I save $1.00 a day for 4 months, $2.00 a day for 4 months and $5.00 a day for the last 4 months of the year, I would have saved $960.00 by year end. This is my goal.

In the past 5 years, I have fallen off of a ladder and broken my neck and back, and I have also been involved in a near fatal car accident. So I am looking forward to the remainder of my life here on earth and I am optimistic about what is in store for me!

I resolve to make more decisions in my life, more resolutions based on personal need to change rather than waiting for other things to effect me, or waiting for the beginning of a year as an excuse to get up and change things.

My church has a "skip and give" 10 week special stewardship emphasis. Each week I am skipping something I normally would enjoy doing or having and donating that money to the church's special stewardship emphasis. This program weekly sensitizes me to needs and wants.

I have been walking everyday for many months 3 times a day for 30 minutes at a time and sometimes more. I have lost 40lbs. I feel a lot better about myself and I look better. I still have some weight to lose and I am going to get down to 108lbs. I was getting a divorce but after 2 yrs of seperation we are back together and it is great to be here too. we have been married since 1979. I am very happy right now and things are so much better and it is great too.
